I have continued my routine... Wake up, temp, go about my day. This morning was no different. FF suggested that I temp today since I have 18 temps above cover line, so I did. The result was depressing, and in words: "Not Pregnant". Almost 97% of women get a BFP before 18 DPO... What are the chances that I am part of that 3.something%?! At this point, I don't know what to do. AF is nowhere in site, and I have run out of patience. I think I will cave and make an appointment with my OB/GYN to have some blood work done, and maybe an US.
I have been trying to do everything right... We timed BD down to almost a science, and had lots of it, I temped (and continue doing so), I used OPKs, I have been taking prenatals and continuing my metformin. Not to mention I have had a couple of symptoms, such as nausea, gas, the occasional dull cramping/pulling feelin in my lower abdomen/pelvic area. So what gives? Cause something's gotta give... Somewhere? :-/

I'm sorry Diva...PCOS sucks! My only guess is that you didn't really O. Because you have no real temp history on that chart just prior to the positive OPK, FF used what it had and showed you O'ing on that day. Your best bet at this point is to call your OB like you said. A blood test can tell pretty quickly if you are 1. PG or 2. you even O'd at all.
This is that part the sucks the worst I think...everything looks right but somethings just not working:( Hang in there:)
Thanks! I am definitely going to schedule an appointment today and continue temping... It's working so far, and it is what it is. I am ok with it, I just wanted a little Christmas surprise. Thanks for the support!
Hopefully with some blood work they can see what is going on and you can take the next step from there. It is soo frustrating to feel like you are treading water always!!
Seriously! I think I will just start with my regular OB and then after I see her, I'll all the IF Clinic I was recommended. That seems like the next logical step.
Advise based on my experience....I first saw my OB and they ran TONS of blood work. While I was waiting for results she referred me to an infertility specialist. My results were back by the time I got to see them, so I took my results with me. They insisted on running new blood work ALL over again. Total waste of money....and blood.
So....if you're gonna see a specialist, see if you can just do your blood work at 1 place. It would of saved me a couple hundy :)
