In it to "win" it

Today is CD 37, 15 DPO (as per FF), and so far, no sign of AF. My temps have remained high, too, so that is also a good sign, I guess.

Today's weird symptom? Well, while I was brushing my teeth, when I spit into the sink, there was a substantial amount of blood, which was strange. I used to bleed a bit when I brushed, but I switched to a new tooth paste (crest pro-health) and stopped having that problem. Today, all of a sudden, I was spitting out a lot of blood. I used the creat rinse I use, and it stopped, but it was a bit strange. I have read a bit about bleeding gums in early pregnancy, but I don't know if this can be attributed as a sign. Has anyone else had a similar "problem"? I was also SUPER sleepy last night, like by 8:30pm I wanted to go to sleep... But I made myself hold out until 11-ish. I also slept a lot last night and I feel like going back to sleep.

I am holding out on testing until AT LEAST tomorrow. FF says that AF is due to arrive Tuesday. Hopefully this is pretty accurate since I took time to input all my previous cycle data from Period Tracker.

In the meantime, staying positive :)

That's not a problem, the amount of blood in your body nearly doubles during pregnancy, so when you bleed... you can bleed more than usual.

Those sound like good symptoms, especially being tired it could be the increase in hormones. Keeping those positive vibes going your way!

Bunny, thanks for the comment. I had read a bit about bleeding gums, etc. from different blogs and threads... I was just alarmed, cause I had NEVER bled that much from my mouth before, and hadn't bled at all in a while. I have only gotten BFNs, so I am not sure if I am KU or not... I guess I'll have to keep waiting and see!

Explorer, tell me about it! It almost seems like my body is "making these symptoms up". The tiredness, non-AF cramps, bleeding gums, sore nipples, etc. Not to mention the fact that my temp has remained high. Let's see if it stays up tomorrow...

Hello Diva! First of all I would like to commend you for this nice blog presentation.
If you are really having this much of blood while spitting you must consult a doctor. Bleeding gums and pregnancy are related to each other. That’s why it is advisable to the pregnant women especially to take care of their oral health and to take a good hygienic care.

Thanks! I made sure to take notice as to whether I had anymore bleeding, and luckily enough yesterday I had none at all. Very strange. Thanks for the info! :)

I was just going through your blog and the previous comments Diva. It's really good that it's bleeding no more but still you need to be very alert. If any problem occurs don't be late to run to a doctor. Good luck!
